New ISOTANK arrival
To report on a new ISOTANK arrival, follow the following steps:
1) In the menu bar select 'Client Orders' ->
2) In the 'New Incoming ISOTANK' page you need to fill the following information:
Additional services
If known, select the number of entry points and mark 'Yes' for other services needed.
Eco-Depot
If transport and/or storage are needed, change their status to green.
Comments
Write any comments you have.
SUBMIT
To upload a new incoming tank, click on the submit button.
If the submission fails, you will see the message 'An error occurred' next to the submit button,
asking you to check that you have filled in all the required fields, such as Organization and Tank ID.
If the error message persists, please contact us for assistance.
If the submission is successful, you will see the message 'Your content has been submitted'
displayed at the top of the page.
To start a new submission, repeat the steps above.
Alternatively, press the 'Tank inventory' button to check your inventory.
Organization
Select the name of your organization from the dropdown list.
Tank ID
Enter the arrival tank ID number.
Arrival Date & Time
Enter the expected arrival date & time
(if known).
Material last used
Select the name of the last material used.

New Road Tanker arrival
To report on a new Road Tanker arrival, follow the following steps:
1) In the menu bar select 'Client Orders' ->
2) In the 'New Incoming Road Tanker' page you need to fill the following information:
Organization
Select the name of your organization from the dropdown list.
Tank ID
Enter the arrival tank ID number.
Arrival Date & Time
Enter the expected arrival date & time
(if known).
Material last used
Select the name of the last material used.
Additional services
If known, mark 'Yes' for other services needed.
Entry points
If known, select the ???
Comments
Write any comments you have.
SUBMIT
To upload a new incoming tank, click on the submit button.

Tank inventory
Once you've added incoming tanks, you can check their cleaning and storage status.
In the menu bar select 'Company Area', or click on your name at the right corner of the page and select:
There are two tables in the page, one for ISOTANK and the other for ROAD TANKER.
You can filter each table by the Tank ID.
Each table contains inforamtion on the order, cleaning process and etc.
03.
Tank cleaning certification & photos
After the tank cleaning is finished and/or the tank is out of storage, its photos will be uploaded to the
page.
In the menu bar select 'Company Area', or click on your name at the right corner of the page and select:
There are two tables on the page, one for cleaning certifications and the other for photos.
In each table, you can select the tank ID, and a new window will open with its cleaning certifications/ photos.
